Problem:

Hailey is a photographer who is struggled to find ideal paying clients.

Goal:
She wanted to build her film & photography business and use her skills and generate 3.000 Pounds monthly based on her passion, but did not know how to reach potential clients. After analyzing her portfolio and listening to her background, we discovered her passion for helping small businesses,like her parents', that were struggling with a lack of clients. We then crafted an ideal customer avatar to help her identify who to target and developed a strategy to approach them, which included an online presence, brand identity, and supporton how to manage existing clients. We implemented the strategy, resulting in increased clientele and improved businessperformance through improved artistic and technical expertise.

Together we shaped her portfolio to focus on her specific skills and helping small businesses get more ideal clients, instead of having anoverall non-focused portfolio ranging from music videos to animation that does not really translate her special skills focusing on creating a portfolio that showcases her skills in helping small businesses and create content that will attract these clients. With this focused portfolio, she was able to attract the ideal clients she was looking for.
